I am renting in the building and I have an issue, who do I contact?

For tenants in the first instance you should contact your landlord, letting agent or leaseholder. We are not able to deal with tenant issues directly.

Who is the freeholder?

The freeholder for Ropewalk Court is Lamda GR Limited, Berkeley House, 304 Regents Park Road, London. N3 2JX.

Can I park in the car park?

The parking spaces are only for use by permit holders. Do not assume that the space numbers match your flat number or that you have immediate right to use upon beginning your tenancy as not all properties have spaces.

Is the car park secure?

While the car park is very secure with fob entry and CCTV we strongly advise that no car park entry fobs or belongings are left in cars.

What’s parking like at RWC?

Parking space in the development is plentiful, but relatively constrained so consideration should be given when using your allocated space. Please ensure you are always strictly within the allocated lines and only ever in your designated space.

I am a property owner and I have a query, who do I contact?

Who do I contact about ground rent?

For ground rent enquiries please contact Estates and Management Limited, Berkeley House, 304 Regents Park Road, London. N3 2JX. Contact here.

I have a contractor coming to my property, what do I do?

All service appointments for any contractors should be booked in with the building manager at least 24 hours in advance. Please use the contact details here. Please note that service appointments are permitted from 7am till 1pm only.

I have recently moved into the building, do I need to do anything?

Yes. you must register with the building manager (contact) for the Health & Safety register.

What do I do with Anti-Social Behaviour?

Persistent anti-social behaviour can be reported to Nottingham City Council via the following email addresses: asbteam@nottinghamcity.gov.uk

How do I stay updated with building news and useful information?

We operate regular meetings and have now started a newsletter. You can sign up at the bottom of this page for our newsletter or ask us a question here.

How do I get a utility meter reading?

The building manager will take meter reads on your behalf, these are done Monday and Fridays. Simply send a text message to the contact number in order to receive readings.

What are the Covid-19 precautions necessary for contractors?

Our Covid policy stipulates that contractors are to wear mask and gloves at all times in the property. We have hand sanitizer machines in lifts and entrances for their use and the building undergoes daily cleaning procedures.

Is there a bike store at Ropewalk Court?

Yes. It is located in the level 1 car park and the building manager can provide access on registration (contact).
